The United States</a> Laguna Beach City Council, a famous tourist resort in California, will revisit the dialogue about the ban on the sale of tobacco and e-cigarette products in the city when it meets on Tuesday.

Congressman George Weiss proposed an agenda bill that would spark discussion about the possibility of such a ban.

The committee will consider whether to allow city staff to make a decree prohibiting the sale of these products in Laguna Beach and analyze the potential impact.

Laguna Beach has considered similar restrictions in the past. Smoking and e-cigarettes are already illegal in all public areas within the city, but the city council is considering expanding these restrictions, including the suspension of sales two years ago.

According to reports, the committee is particularly concerned about the use of flavored tobacco and e-cigarettes among school-age children.

Weiss said that preventing it before the next generation of Laguna Beach develops this habit is also his biggest concern, but he made several points, including fire safety and environmental impact.

Weiss said: I think the environmental aspect of this, now that we have removed plastic from the equation, in most cases, it's time to turn to something that is also an environmental issue.

Congresswoman Tony Isserman said she was happy that Wes brought the issue back to Parliament, and she was optimistic that it might be time to take action.

Since the committee considered a ban on e-cigarettes in 2013, Iselman seems to have changed his mind.

Weiss’s agenda bill enumerated the reduction in the likelihood of young people starting to smoke or smoke e-cigarettes, and the impact of second-hand smoke on the public, as a benefit of enacting a ban.

It also claims that fewer cigarette butts will be found in the community, helping to reduce the risk of fire.
