The World Vape Show (WVS) has partnered with the Medicines and Healthcare Regulatory Authority (MHRA) to make WVS the most compliant vaping show.
The next World Vape Expo will be held in Dubai from June 16 to 18, followed by London on December 1. The partnership will be effective immediately.
“I am very pleased to announce our partnership with MHRA and to have them support the UK event of the World Vape Show,” said WVS Events Director Jack Nixon. "With the UK leading the way in supporting government agencies in the vaping industry, we are delighted to support this mission and continue to educate our audiences around the world."
According to the press release, WVS and MHRA will work closely to ensure exhibitors comply with UK regulations. This will give retailers and buyers the confidence to make a purchase knowing they are buying a quality product that is legally available in the UK.
Laura Squire, Chief Medical Quality and Access Officer at MHRA, said: "This and further collaborations are an important step towards a fully compliant vaping product in the UK market. We are working to gradually engage in similar shows in the future, so we can ensure that companies presenting their products at these events are compliant with UK regulations.
