The Swedish parliament recently rejected a proposal to ban the sale of flavored vaping products. In response, 177 MPs voted against and 126 MPs voted in favour.
Currently, seven European countries have banned the use of non-tobacco-flavored e-cigarettes. Flavored e-cigarette restrictions are currently in place in Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ukraine and Lithuania. In the Netherlands, a spice ban originally scheduled to start in July has been delayed until January 2023. No European country has completely banned the use of vaping products.
