Vaporesso open-style electronic cigarettes get the first sales authorization in the UAE
Vaporesso, an open e-cigarette system manufacturer under Smol, announced that it has been registered as an authorized e-cigarette brand by the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology (MoIAT) of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
The move makes the subsidiary of the world's largest e-cigarette maker Smoore International the first open-system vaping device brand to gain the ability to market and sell its e-cigarettes in the UAE.
"We are delighted with MoIAT's decision to grant marketing and sales authorization to our flagship product, which strengthens our confidence in the approval of seven other premium products, including the pending Luxe X and GEN PT SERIES," said a member of the Vaporesso Middle East team. the spokesman said.
The UAE has implemented laws aimed at regulating all nicotine-containing ingredients used in e-cigarettes, refill packs, e-liquids and tobacco products sold in the country.
The regulations require manufacturers and companies of vaping devices to meet the standards of the Emirates Authority for Standardization and Metrology (ESMA), which imposes strict quality and safety requirements on e-cigarettes and related products, before they can be placed on the market.
"MoIAT's initial approval allows the company to establish legal online and offline sales channels for Vaporesso's Xros Nano, Xros Mini, Xros 2 and ZERO S in the UAE, which is a testament to the company's commitment to providing market-leading vaping products of unparalleled quality and features, allowing users around the world to enjoy the unique fun and flavors found in Vaporesso products," said a press release. "The market authorization also marks an important step forward in further expanding its presence in the Middle East."
