Gelonghui, December 7丨E-cigarette maker Juul Labs said on Tuesday that it has reached settlements with about 10,000 plaintiffs in California, involving more than 5,000 cases.
Juul did not disclose the amount of the settlement, which is part of a settlement and court process in a federal multidistrict lawsuit and a related Juul Labs product case. A spokesman said in a statement that the company had received an equity investment to fund it.
