Imperial Brands has acquired a series of nicotine bags from TJP Labs to promote its entry into the modern oral products market in the United States.
This transaction will enable Imperial's US business ITG Brands to provide 14 types of bagged products to legitimate adult consumers in the United States, with strong performance in consumer testing. After further consumer testing, ITG Brands will relaunch this series of products under a new brand in 2024, supported by the company's existing US sales team.
Canadian manufacturer TJP Labs will continue to produce oral nicotine bags under the contract with ITG Brands.
