According to the newly adopted law, the tax rate on cigarettes and cigars in 2024 will reach 2813 rubles per thousand sticks plus 16% of the calculated price, but not less than 3820 rubles; in 2025, the tax rate on cigarettes will increase to 2926 rubles per thousand sticks, Plus 16% of the calculated price (not less than 3,973 rubles); in 2026, the tax rate on cigarettes will be further increased to 3,043 rubles per thousand, plus 16% of the calculated price (not less than 4,132 rubles).
Currently, the tax rate on cigarettes is 2,603 rubles per thousand sticks plus 16% of the calculated price, but not less than 3,536 rubles.
As for the tax rate on nicotine e-cigarette oil, it will be 42 rubles per milliliter in 2024, 44 rubles per milliliter in 2025, and 46 rubles per milliliter in 2026.
