As the British e-cigarette industry entered the lockdown period for more than one year for the first time, the Independent Electronic Cigarette Trade Association (IBVTA) released a webinar to provide suggestions on how to recover the rebound.
The UK’s second nationwide lockdown in 2020 forced all non-essential retailers (including e-cigarette stores) and services to close between November 5 and December 2. Then in January 2021, British Prime Minister Boris Johnson announced the third blockade in England. Since the beginning of the new crown and the resulting blockade, most professional e-cigarette retailers have transformed their retail business to sell their products online and through door-to-door delivery.
Most companies have to increase warehouse space, expand the size of customer service teams, and establish online and telephone consultation channels for e-cigarette users and smokers.
Naturally, the demand of online retailers has also grown considerably. IBVTA has done its best to support the industry. "We work around the clock to help deal with an unprecedented number of inquiries, so that e-cigarette companies can operate effectively in the changed retail world. Most importantly, there is one thing that shines in the spirit of our industry, that is to spare no effort to provide Support and ensure that e-cigarette products are still available.
At the same time, as the e-cigarette store has been in the process of reopening, IBVTA launched a webinar aimed at supporting the transformation. IBVTA said: E-cigarette stores are an important part of providing a smoke-free future. Participating in our webinars is an opportunity not to be missed to learn from the best industry experts.
