Following the failure to complete the relevant compliance procedures, as directed by the UK MHRA, the Vapeman brand of e-cigarettes will be withdrawn from all products in the UK (GB). Therefore, these products are deemed not to be officially notified and may not be sold.

Vaping products published on the MHRA website can only be bought and sold on the UK market after they have been approved. If you cannot find the product on MHRA's website, your supplier will be able to confirm that the product is published.

The law requires businesses to:

1. Remove all Vapeman products;

2. Seek help with Vapeman products from suppliers. Report any complaints to your local Trading Standards Office, including copies of all correspondence and invoices.

3. Wholesalers of Vapeman products should recall Vapeman products, contact customers who purchased Vapeman products and ask them to return them.

Please note that this only applies to Vapeman branded products (e.g. Vapeman Solo, Vapeman Solo 600, Vapeman Solo Mini, Vapeman Solo Bar Pro, Vapeman Solo X, Vapeman Solo +, Vapeman Solo Legend etc.) enterprise.

Trading Standards Officers can conduct compliance visits to establishments where they suspect Vapeman branded products are being sold. Businesses found selling Vapeman products will be seized and enforcement action considered. Such enforcement action can include prosecution.
