FDA says MDO and RTA letter issued for Hyde disposable e-cigarettes
The FDA responded yesterday, confirming the agency's original claim that Magellan Technology received Marketing Denial Orders (MDOs) for 32 products on October 6.
The spokesperson added: The FDA has also issued a Rejection of Acceptance (RTA) letter for other Hyde vaping products.

“Following review of 32 premarket tobacco applications for Hyde e-cigarettes, the FDA issued a Marketing Denial Order (MDO) on October 6 for these applications submitted by Magellan Technology, Inc. In addition to the MDO issued on October 6, As Magellan Technology, Inc. stated in its statement, the FDA has also issued a Rejection of Acceptance (RTA) letter for other Hyde vaping products.”
The media has asked Magellan for comment and will update when it hears back.
